Online ADR System not recognising my booking

Hi guys

Its our ADR day on Monday, and I was having a practice today and when I try to retrieve my reservation it keeps coming back saying it cannot be found.

Should I be panicking?!

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Are you using the 6 digit reference number from Disney UK?

If so you need to ring Disney(UK or US) and get the 12 digit reference for your booking at your resort.

I had the same problem, I had to ring Disney to get my 12 digit reference number and then was able to get my ADR's.

And don't panic - ADRs seem to be ok to come by this year - you should be fine

Hi had same problem booking my adrs but phoned and they gave me a booking ref that aloud me to book adrs had no problem booking just don't book to many together do a couple at a time

I booked my stay with DDP last night and it did the same to me.I still booked ADR'S but wanted days that were inside the 180 days though wanted lecellier and couldnt get it so will ring today to get 12 digit number.

thanks for the advice guys.

I got my 'other' reservation number from Disney and managed to get all the ADRs we wanted, including Le Cellier on the night we wanted it at the exact time we wanted!

So glad I did that dummy run first though, otherwise I wouldn't have known about the different reservation numbers.
