Online ADR System Down...How Long?

I just got off work and tried to go online to book my ADR's, but a message was up saying the system was down and to call.

Does anyone know how long it's been down today? Does this happen often?
If yes, how long is it typically down?

They keep saying call back. The system was "supposed" to be up hours ago. The online system was having intermittent issues this morning; but now it is just not working. At this time, there is not an ETA.

Thanks...I'll just keep checking then. I can't call b/c it's a surprise trip for our DS11 and he's home and very nosy!

It probably wouldn't help to call. I just did and the WHOLE system is down.
