Online ADR Strategy??

Hi everyone!

I am responsible for 10 of my in-laws ADR's for our December vacation and I'm a little stressed now that free dining has been extended during our stay (making getting some of the ADR's possibly more difficult).

With the new on-line system, if I'm able to make our reservations starting September 5th, am I able to make them at 12:01 AM that morning? Should I wait up to do that right after midnight?

Anyone know how that works?

You can make them starting at 6 AM Eastern time.

You need to have on hand a resort reservation number so you can make reservations for 10 days of the vacation.

If you need to make any reservations for all 10 of you at the same time, you actually cannot book online. You can call (407) 939-5665 to handle reservations for parties of 10 or more.

I read that as you were making 10 reservations - but that's true, if you have 10 or more people you need to call.

Do you have to call the group reservation number for parties of 10 or more, or is it just you can call the group reservation number? Online, I have searched for parties of 10, and times are located online. I have not actually booked any, since I am more than 90 days out.
