Online ADR Question

Hey everybody,

My 90 day ADR window starts tomorrow, and I have a question about the new online system. I have been playing around with it, and I can see where you "retrieve your reservation" - does that automatically allow you to book your 90+10?

Is there something else I need to do to get the extra 10 days online? I am just a little confused and want to make sure that this works at 6am tomorrow!!

I believe all you need is your resort confirmation number. Unfortunately, when I tried my 90 days out, my confirmation number and name did not come up because AAA made the reservation. They technically "own" the reservation. I don't know if this will be a problem for you. I guess it depends who made the reservation.

However, if you call in your ADR's, Disney can retrieve the reservation and then proceed with the 90+10. Confusing, no. Just frustrating!

what time does CRO open? my 90 days isnt until sept 11 and i want to be able to jump right on the phone as soon as they open even if it means ill be late for work ill just make the call from the school parking lot hehe

Online begins at 6am
CRO opens at 7 am

I asked these questions on another thread (no response yet), but since 6am EDT is 3am for me, I am still looking for an answer! Hopefully someone can help me!

1. For the more popular restaurants/times (CRT, Le Cellier, character meals, etc), should you book one at a time or just add to your cart, then check out all at once?

2. Once you have put a reservation in your cart, how long do you have to check out before it is released back to Disney Dining for someone else to snag? I'm not talking holding for hours or days in the cart, but long enough to make all of your ADRs (20-30 mins).

Thoughts??

1. Just add to your cart and keep on moving!
2. I believe your cart will clear out after being inactive for 20 minutes, but if you are on there and clicking around and adding more stuff to your cart you have like an hour or so before it clears you out.
