Online ADR Question for those who have already done it

I book my ADR's on Monday. We have the DxDDP. I've already played around on the website and even put in my AAA reservation number (the site does recognize it). Now my question is. How does it work with booking CRT, HDDR and SOA? I have all 3 planned during our week. I know if you're not on the DDP you have to pay in advance for these 3, but if you're on the DDP and reserving them in advance will the computer know this and not want to charge my card? When I play around with it, it give me a total price to charge because the dates are before my 90+10 date.

I to am on the DxDDP and when I reserved CRT I had to put in the cc and it gave me the total. I am hoping that it will not charge the card as just put it on hold. I keep meaning to call and ask.
