I am trying to do a reservation for Oct. 12th (2nd day of our stay). As it is more than 180 days before the ADR, it says that it only could be applied to resort guests and I need to confirm it providing my package reservation number, last name and arrival date. We will be arriving Oct. 11th... but I cannot pick that arrival date, its seems to be locked on Oct. 2nd.

As I am a international traveler, I don't want to make a super expensive international call, I rather do the ADR online, the funny thing is I have been doing two online package reservations, payments, etc. without any glitch at all except for this one. I am not sure what is going on...

You are too early.

180 days out from 10/11 (your arrival date) is 4/14. Today is only the 5th.

On 4/14, you will be able to book for 10/11 and 10 days beyond if you are a Disney resort guest.

Thank you for the response, but I thought you can make ADR's 180+10 days before the arrival date... actually, when I go to the first screen, it shows me October 12th as enabled, but there is a message saying:

We noticed that you requested a day more than 180 days in advance. Only resort guests have the benefit of reserving dining reservations that far in advance. If you have a resort reservation, please confirm it now. (and it gives me a link)

When I click on that link to confirm the reservation, the date is locked to October 2nd...

I will have to wait then...

You are saying it like it is 190 days. But it is not. It is 180 days, then you can book 10 days beyond that.

If it was 190, then I agree, you should be able to book now. But you are misunderstanding it, that is not how it works.

I can't explain all the things you are seeing exactly but it's not relevant because you cannot book until 180 days out which is 4/14 for a 10/11 vacation start date.

I understood it now, you were right all the time, as you said, I was thinking about 190 days in advance, instead of 180 plus 10 days beyond that.

Thank you so much for clarifying this!!!
