Online ADR Help!!!! 9/18

Ready for 3 AM but now getting E... error!
Back door doesn't work, Safari doesn't work!!
It's worked fine the past 2 weeks for me!

I have been getting this error for 3 days and very nervous about tomorrow morning.
 
Do you have a Mac? I had to use Firefox to do my dining reservations b/c Safari wouldn't work for me.
 

I don't think it's totally dependent on the browser. I've gotten the error off and on, too, and if you read the boards, the online dining system has been very fritzy this week, and lots of people have gotten that message. I found that it went away after a fairly short time, and closing and reopening my browser or even rebooting my computer seemed to help. I've always been able to get through and do what I wanted if I kept at it.
 
I have been at it all night and cannot pull up anything. I have rebooted, cleared out browsing history and even tried different computers. All to no avail.
 
I am trying to make my reservations right now and when I retrieve my reservation it comes up but it wont recognize the + 10 days. I know the system has turned over because it lets me book for the 17th now-just not any further. What am I doing wrong?
 
Don't worry because you cn't do anything anyways. I keep getting a message that says "Sorry, our system is currently experiencing high volume and we were unable to process your request. Please try again. If you receive this response several times, please try returning at a later time".

I can't get it to recognize my +10 either. I've been up stressed all night and I feel like crying right now!:sad1:

Is it reading ANYONE's 10 extra days??? What am I doing wrong???
 
I just finished booking mine and had no problem! I'm so sorry you're having such difficulties :( I was able to get on a few minutes before 2am CT, and the booking went fine. Maybe it's not recognizing the 10 days because of the high traffic issues? I have no idea why it would be working for some and not for others...
 
It's recognizing mine but I can't do anything. I have 2 ADRs sitting inm my cart that I can't even access. :scared1:

did you ever get in? I feel like I'm wasting my time here. I don't know if I should keep trying or just go to sleep and call in the morning. I'm SO FRUSTRATED right now. I just have this sour feeling in my stomach for the whole dang process now. I just know I'm going to be a poor sport when I call this morning and get told that my restraunts are booked already by the thousands of people who COULD get their plus 10 to work!:mad:

Don't get me wrong...I'm glad so many people are getting what they want but it seems to unfair that some of us just can't do what everyone else can do. Its like having a CM at the beginning of the line hold you back while you watch dozens of people cut in line who came after you!:sad1:
 
I think there is more to it than the system being quirky. I have no problems pulling up my November trip and can't pull up my December reservation. I am wondering if maybe it has to do with the new numbering for reservations or what.
 
I started at 3am and had no problems and just went in and booked one more adr. it worked fairly quick. Sorry you are having trouble.
 
Mine is either giving me the error or not showing all 10 days. I am so tired that i am about to give up and call when i wake up and take my chances
 
I cant get on either, it asks for a phone number, is there a place to put one?
