Online ADR booking??

What has the opinion been with the online WDW ADR website? My date to start booking isn't until mid Dec., just wanted to get any feedback on the site, positive ir negative. Any problems? Thanks.

My mom used online ADR booking with little to no problems (I think she had 1 computer server glitch). Bonus of online booking is that you can start booking at 6:30a.m. vs. waiting until 8 to call. Great for getting into the hot spots.
