One year on WW

Tomorrow is 1 full year on WW for me. I've had my slips, but have made big changes in my way of life and my attitudes.



43 pounds down as of today. New WISH clippie as of today, too!! I'm not where I had "planned" to be at the one year mark, but without that plan, no telling where I would be now!!



Thank you all for all the support you have given me. I've gotten so much inspiration and motivation from this board! Thank you!!

Congratulations! That is a wonderful accomplishment. I think that WW is a great program and a very healthy program as well. Stick with it and there's no telling where you could be this time next year! Way to go!!

Thank you so much for your replies!! Sometimes it is frustrating when I see how far I have yet to go, but at least I've already gotten a year behind me and I'm not just starting now AND even heavier than before!!
