my brother had his massive heart attack and is a survivor of not only heart disease but breast cancer. He's back to work, on Lipitor, eating healthier
The scare has done a complete turnaround for me. I realized heart disease is hereditary in our family as our Dad died 10yrs ago from heart failure. He had a few heart attacks & surgeries the yrs before he died in his sleep July 21st, 1994.
I now enjoy fruit & salads, my cholesterol is down to 145 from 198, watching my fat & sodium intake, lost total of 44lbs (165-121), walk about an hr ea day, in a size 8, healthier than Ive ever been
