it's a noun and a verb. You can Disnefy something, you can have a Disney style, Disney type, or even be a just-like (not really) Disney park in the same town

When someone says Disney, there is no need to clarify.

Well there ya go.

It's similar to that "a picture is worth a thousand words" thing.

"Disney" evokes so many sights, smells and experiences.
