One week away! How do I make reservation requests?

So my family and I will be at Disney next Saturday- we're doing a split stay between all star music and Boardwalk. I thought I'd heard that 2 weeks prior to your visit, you can make online reservation requests (like ground floor, pack n play, etc.) I don't see anything on My Disney Experience about this, and I haven't been emailed anything.....did I misunderstand that this is something you can do?thanks!

My suggestion would be to call the Main Reservations Line and have any room requests added to your reservation. We have found this to be the best way to add room requests anyway. There are options during Online Check In but they are predetermined and very limited.

I would do this today, or very soon, as rooms are assigned 2-3 days before your arrival.

Ok thank you! I've never done online check in/ do you get an email about that? Is there a link on MDE?

Once you are 60 days out when you log into your MDE account there is a message that you can do Online Check In. Also, if I remember correctly, we also got an email at 60 days out stating we can now do Online Check In.

Just log on to MDE. The on line check in would have opened up around 60 days out.

I logged into MDE and don't see a link for online check in. I see on the left hand side links for my itinerary, fast pass, etc....is there a separate link?

I did it on my laptop today for my trip next month. It was under my plans, on the same line as my checkin date.
