One Way Rentals??

With the high price of airfare, I'm trying to find other arrangements for Nov.

Anyone know of a cheap one way rental option?

Every spring the major rental car companies offer very cheap one way rentals FROM Florida to northern cities in order to move cars from high season Florida to other places needed. I'm talking like $9/day or so with unlimited mileage and no drop charge. In fall they do the reverse, moving cars from northern cities to Florida where they will be needed. You may want to call Hertz or Avis to see if those offers can be booked this far ahead.

For November, Hertz is running their "weekender" promotion, which is only valid for weekend rentals. You can pick up at your local location and drop it off in Orlando with no drop off fees. The rentals also include 3 free days of NeverLost (GPS).
