One-Way Car Rental Discounts

Is anyone aware of any good discounts for a one-way car rental? We will be traveling from DW to Atlanta and will need a car rental for about 7 days.

We were looking for these when we thought we would be driving down to Disney but the rates we so ridiculous with most places charging a $320.00 to $500.00 drop-off fee. Needless to say, we are taking on our car on the auto train for the same amount of money and this way we take about 19 hours of off our drive time.

Someone on these posts referred me to Orbitz as they have specials for one-way rentals but I didn't find anything good. If ound through some research that rental companies only gve out great specails when they are running low on rental cars at a particular area. For instance, DH and I got a rental from National for last May $65.00 (including taxes) for three days to drive from FL to MA . You just have to keep checking and calling to these companies directly - good luck
