One Time Use Points still available?

We originally planned on going to WDW last month, staying at the Treehouse Villas for 10 nights. It would have worked nicely with banking all the points from 2019 and borrowing all of 2021 points plus some OTU points from Disney. Then came Corona and our stay was cancelled. Of course this made me lose the banked 2019 points since we won't be able to use them until they expire end of January. We now made new plans for June 2021. We need to stay at least 10 days, since we got UK tickets for 14 days and it would be a shame to use them for less than that. But because of the borrowing limit I'm 20 points short for the whole trip, even when moving to a cheaper resort mid-stay. One solution would be buying 20 OTU points from DCV. Are those still available or have they been suspended for the time being as well?
