How long does it take to receive the one-time activation code for the DVC member site to arrive? Is there any other way to get this other than waiting on snail mail?

TIA!

Call MS and they will walk you through logging on.

My wife and I each received ours about 1 week after our paper work was complete.

Call them and have them walk you through the process of setting up the site. I am very computer literate but still could not get my code to work. So just cut to the chase and call them. It will also give you a chance to ask any questions that you may still have about DVC in general. We drove them crazy for few days after we put down the payment. They were amazing. :thumbsup2 If you bought directly though Disney then you code should be available the next day after you put your money down. Just remember there is a different code for each member. Good luck.

I just did it yesterday. You have to call MS @ 800-******** and ask for your Club ID number and the activation code. They will be more than happy to assist you logging in. Good Luck!

FYI - contact phone numbers and email addresses not available to the public are blocked by the DIS.

Thanks so much for all your help! I'll give them a call today:thumbsup2

Silly question kind-of related. My DBF who is the 2nd name on the contract received the card with the activation code but apparently mine was taken my the gnomes in snail mail land! I just log-on using his info so should I really worry about getting my specific activation code?

It is up to you. You get the same information regardless of the code or who created the log in. Next time you call for something just have them transfer you to the website CM and get it. Then you can create a log in for yourself. Not a big deal. :)

Yea, that's what I was thinking. Thanks! :)
