When I went to Disney awhile ago, I was absolutly amazed with the food. It was absolutly delicious. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Desserts, you name it! When I came back I found out that I gained 6 lbs in 1 week! I decited that the next time I went to Disney I would loose 5 lbs prior to going to while I was there I could indulge in anything I wanted and not worry about the gain. So when I returned to Disney I did exactily what I said I would and everything worked out perfectly. Therefore, if your a health concious individual who might be afraid of putting on a few lbs on your trip, then safe yourself the postdisney gain by doing something pre-disney! Just a little helpful tip!


That leaves me to another question though. What shoes are good to wear in the parks? I am a huge fan of flip flops. I wear them everywhere. Last summer I went to Hershey Park in Penn. Granted its not nearly as big as Disney, my feet had no problems at all.
We must walk it all off.
Last year we brought home lots of peanut butter cups, Oreos & the fish shaped crackers (can't remember the names lol)...... I was so 'down' about coming home I ate and ate!
