It seems Disney is punishing the disabled.Only one DAS at a time. Really what are we supposed to do during all that wait time. we are supposed to wait an hour for one ride, ride it and then wait another hour etc? That system really wont meet my needs. I read here about FP plus users double dipping so how come no outcry over that abuse? I hope those who abused the system by hiring fakers are happy but then again they can pay ridculous amounts of $$$ for a VIP tour so no hurting them. Disney- I have been every year for the past 8 years but this may put an end. There just doesnt seem to be the same Disney magic I've loved in the past.

No, you get a return time and then do whatever you want during the wait time. Want to ride another ride, do it. Want to get lunch, do it. Want to leave the park and ride the monorail, do it. You don't have to wait on a park bench waiting for your time to come. Use fast pass and fast pass plus to plan additional rides during the day with little to no wait.

Personally, we plan to ride other rides or shows (ones where we don't need the GAC to get through), ride rides using FP or FP+, check out the shops, hang out on a bench, have a snack or meal, visit some characters....

Those without the DAS are standing in line for that same hour (which wouldn't work for us), so it still seems that disney is trying to meet our needs.

There are 2 threads for discussion on the DISBOARDS - one is on the Rumors and News Board and the other is on the disUnplugged Board.

People using DAS will be able to also use Fastpass/Fastpass +.

One of the reasons for changing was abuse, but the other was too much use.

I am closing this thread. If you want to discuss how the program will work, there is a thread for WDW and one for DL on this board.
If you want to discuss anything else, pleas go to one of the other discussion threads on the boards listed above.
