One-ply TP in the member lounge, really?

Now you know why we pack rolls of Charmin for WDW DVC stays.

You know you're a fanatic when you become irrationally angry because the Mousekeeper replaced your third of a roll of Charmin with the Disney one-ply.

Then again, the Disney stuff is that bad.
Hilarious 😆 Never thought of doing that.

I honestly think the Disneyland TP is less than one-ply, it’s worse than Disneyworld for sure

Silly question about single ply, but….
Can’t you just use double and fold it?

Not really from my standpoint, because most one-ply I've sadly encountered doesn't have the plushier texture of two-ply. Also, it seems less absorbent, I think. Might be how picky I am about not wanting--to put it delicately--to get my hand more involved than wielding the toilet paper requires.

Consequently, I use somewhat more one than two-ply, though it does vary by brand.

For some reason, the one ply still feels like sandpaper when it's folded. Like Her Dotness, we also pack our own toilet paper-unless we're staying for about 5 days or less. I think it's so cheap of Disney to have the flimsy one ply stuff that feels like sandpaper. And I'm not buying the septic excuse. And if you're at BCV and your tussle's sore, go down to the main lobby of the BC and some of the toilet paper from their restrooms may magically disappear, then reappear in BCV. I've never encountered any hotel with toilet paper as cheap as Disney.

Is it bad if I do the same thing and then put on a Post-It on the TP when I leave the room that says "DO NOT CHANGE THIS ROLL!"?

Maybe not a septic system issue at any of the resorts, but TP is absolutely the primary cause of sewer blockages, bar none. Even more than tree roots or diapers or hygiene products.

Yup, because it's Disney, a highly eco-conscious theme park.

Just write that on the roll itself, on only one sheet to prevent using more paper than absolutely necessary. 😉
