One person on reservation needs less park days-how to book?

Hello,
We are planning on staying at the animal kingdom lodge in August. 2 people in our party want to go to the parks 4 days, whereas another member of the party only wants to go to the parks 2 days on the trip (they are older and prefer to relax/pool/spa). How do we book a package when not all 3 people want to go to the parks the same number of days? Thank you!!

Book your tickets separately after booking everything else so you can buy one for just 2 days and the rest for what you want.

You can book the package for 2 days for everyone and add the additional days after for the people that want it. Or book it without tickets and add them on later.

book room only and buy tickets separately. If you want dinning plan you can call to add it on to a room only which makes it a ticketless package.

I would book without tickets and then buy the tickets standalone so you can all get your Fastpasses at 60 days.

Just skip the package and book your room and purchase tickets separately as mentioned. This is the only way we ever book anyhow, but it was helpful the times we had my MIL come for part of our trip.

If you stick with the package, you can only buy tickets for everyone at the fewest number of days. You can then upgrade the tickets of the people who want to go more days after you arrive.

If two people want four days and two want two days, you have to buy four two day tickets then upgrade two of them to four day tickets. You can't downgrade tickets.

Might be better to buy tickets separately, as others have said, unless you have a particular reason for wanting a package.

Like the others have said. You can either book a room only and purchase tickets separately. Or, you can book the minimum number of ticket days and upgrade the other tickets after arrival. Whatever works best for your family.
