one park a day tickets or option to hop between parks?

Hey there,
Need advice regarding ticket purchasing. We will be at universal for 3 days in september. What ticket option will be best for us - a family of 6- my husband and I, my 76 year old mother and 3 kids - 17, 11 & 6- ine park per day or with option to hop between parks?

I would go with Hopper so you can do a park per day then on the third day go back and do things you missed or want to do again!
