One of the luckiest DIS’ers ever!

Wow, Don. I've got tears reading your version of the feeling that swept over the group as we visited the apartment. As I read your words I was reliving the feeling all over again. I'm so glad we got to experience it together. If you heard 75% of what they were telling us about the apartment, I think I heard less. I was taking it all in, and didn't even hear half the stuff Pete recounted on the Podcast about the apartment.

Remember that feeling of anticipation as we walked up those steps, and knowing that we were going to experience something very, very special? Walking around the patio, taking pics and not daring to sit in those chairs? And then the door to the apartment being opened and passing through for our first glimpse ... I'll always remember it.

Now we have 3 things in common 1) We both live in California, 2) Visiting Walt's apartment, and you know #3

My favorite part was Pete saying he was all "Tingly" as we were going in! He was truly a kid in a candy store.

I just can't quite find the words to say how special the experience was. Thank you Pete for allowing us to be part of that occasion!

My wife and I toured Walt's apartment back in 1997. It is truly a special place. And I agree that to be able to experience it with Pete must have been truly priceless. Thanks so much for sharing with us.

By the way everyone who went on that tour some of the CM's you are CM's in training since they wouldn't believe me your Disser's (I was going backstage to get to DLR for our next show and and CM said to me Oh those are CM's in training, we were the group in Sparkly Shirt going by tram by the way, I told them you were Disser's but they didn't believe me lol )
I kind of got to meet everyone in the group (I was the girl wearing the Blue T-Shirt that said Star Energy and had to leave to go perform in the parks )
But it was great to kind of meet the group

Yes that was not me I think it was one of the Juniors McKenna because of I know she ate Breakfast there that morning
We were going to eat at LaBrea with all of you but overslept and never got down there
So we just decided to stop by once you were waiting for your tour to begin
