I'm not sure who got banned but I agree that the rules are very unclear sometimes.
I'll fill you in
Hazzi got banned supposedly for using profanity on other people's profile pages. However, in the terms & whatnot, it says that using profanity (usually trying to get around the filter) will result in an infraction not perma-ban. So everyone is confused as to how this happened & wants answers by either a mod/webmaster so that we can understand why this happened & prevent it from happening again.
HAZZIIIII!!!! WHATTT?!??! NOOOO!!!!!!!!
Hmm that doesn't seen right, I used profanity one time on here & just got an infraction.
Which is exactly why this question was raised. In the Terms of Service we agree to when we sign up, it states that profanity is an offense where you get points, not bans. (Yes, points can add up into a ban but that is not the case here with Haz) Furthermore, you got points for profanity, while others went undetected or got a mere warning. WHY? Why are the rules solid for some and lenient for others? I look forward to hearing the explanation for this.
When I last spoke to Hazzi today, she said her last offense was in 2007. Since then she had not received any points or warnings.Yeah, but if they told her to stop and she didn't they went to the extreme measure which was to ban her.
obviously they didnt just ban her to ban her either.
No I have not, Hazzi has sent one on her behalf and I have made the thread on my behalf. If that doesn't get anyone's attention I don't know what will. Besides, I've emailed in the past about some issues and never received and answer, and that seems to be the norm with the email.WE WANT HER BACK!!!!!!
sonya did u send pete the email already?
Oh, one more thing, I've heard you can get points for talking about someone who was banned? Is this true?
No, I really thinks it's about them. There's been many threads closed discussing banned people.Talking for them, not about them. But yes I believe that is true.
