One Night Stay before CSR

Hi all: Hoping to get some recommendations for a decent Orlando hotel within 10 min of WDW for my parents to stay at for one night. They arrive in Orlando 1 day before us and will not check into CSR until their second day. They will rent a car. They won't even be at WDW their first day or so. They are not picky or hotel snobs--just a clean, convenient place to stay is all they need, under $100 if possible. Any suggestions are very appreciated.
