Hi we'll be staying on property for only one night before our cruise. We do not plan on going to the parks at all and will probably only have half a day to spend at the resort. As of now, we're booked to stay at POFQ. We have 2 children who will be 9 and 5 at the time. And we're traveling with another family who have a 6 and 8 yr old. we thought POFQ would be good because of the bus to DTD BUT I always wanted to stay in CSR.
Where would you stay if you didn't have a lot of time and weren't going to the parks? POFQ and take the boat to DTD or CSR and just hang out at the resort??? Also, is there enough to do at CSR and is the Maya Grill good?
TIA
Lynn

There is plenty to do at the CSR. There is the Dig Site Pool, the sand play area, volleyball, water craft, bikes to rent, and the hot tub for the adults. We have only had breakfast at the Maya Grill and it was average. We love the Pepper Market though. We have never stayed at the POFQ so I can't comment on that.

You can rent bikes and surrey bikes, watermice, fishing poles, walk the nature trail, try the awesome slide, use the arcade and/or playground area, have a caricature drawn, shop in the huge resort store, dine at the Pepper Market or Maya Grill.

I have stayed at both POFQ and CSR. I love them both for different reasons.

It really depends on what you plan to do while your there.

If the plan is to just stay at the resort and enjoy the amenities then CSR has more to offer especially for the kids.
