One more thing I just thought of -- rookie flying question

I can go online in a few hours and print our boarding passes for our flight tomorrow.

How do I do that on the way back since I won't have a printer?

I'm assuming I get my boarding pass at the airport?

Sorry. Just nervous about making sure I've covered all the details. :)

First, the key is making sure you "check in" for your flight (especially if flying SW). You can print boarding passes any time after you check in. If you have a smart phone, you can check in wherever you are. If you're are at Disney, either the front desk can check you in and I believe Guest Relations can check you in too.

Then, you can print your boarding passes when you have access to a printer or at the airport.

I am flying Southwest and paid for early-bird check-in. So do I just ask the front desk to print my boarding passes?

As mentioned, either the front desk or guest services at a park.

Are you checking luggage? If so, than you can print your boarding passes when you do that.

Yes but if you have EBCI and are checking bags there is really no need. EBCI will hold your boarding spots and then you can have your BP printed when you check your bags via RAC or at the airport.

Once the 24 hour mark rolls around I like to go online (via phone) and check my boarding spots !

If you are using Magical Express, they will print them and put them under your door on check-out morning.

Awesome! We are using Magical Express, so that's taken care of then. :cool1:

Not necessarily...I have paid for EBCI and used DME in the past..have yet to have anything left for me. I have always had to go down to the RAC (remote airline checkin) counter and get my boarding passes issued, and my bags checked.
Many have had boarding passes left for them, but many others have not...just so that you're prepared. If nothing is left for you, the day before departure, just head down to the RAC area of your resort, no less than 3 hrs prior to flight time.

Can't I just get the boarding passes once I get to MCO? Sorry, dumb question, I haven't flown in over 10 years!

We fly Southwest 98% of the time but found a better price on US Air for this trip. With Southwest we buy EBCI and our boarding passes have been on our door.

But now with US Air, does it matter at what point in the 24 hours that we check in? I plan on having a laptop with us so I can check in online at some point. If it doesn't matter when we do it (since we have already picked seats), I would probably be checking in late the night before we fly home. Any problem with that?

Will our boarding passes be left on door like they have been with Southwest or should we go to the front desk or somewhere else to have them printed? Thanks!!
