This may avoid the inevitable logistical nightmare of having a paper cup filled for each guest, in a crowded summer situation. I can't imagine having to do this at say POP or AllStar for the amount of guests they get at any given time. There comes a time when we have to rely o guests to make decisions for themselves.
This makes me happy! My kids build Disney drink machines with their Legos/blocks and we use the refillable mugs on the weekly at home.

The way you wrote that sounds like your kids make actual working drink machines from legos that you use your refillable mugs with.
Clearly I need more coffee before I attempt to comment! My children haven't created working drink machines...yet.I think so. We were told they had to do a cleaning of Magic Carpets between the ride cycle in front of ours and us getting on. Plus, arcades, in-park playgrounds, interactive queues, and touch screens (like at the end of Mission Space) remain closed (though Sea World has Sesame Street touch screens open and Legoland has self-service Coke Freestyle machines open).
We are going in November, I would love it if we didn't need them outside by then! Our baby will be 15 months on that trip, so at least it will be fine for her, my Husband and I will just deal with whatever cards we are dealt at that point, but would be nice to be mask free outside.
