I have to say that I was so happy with Steakhouse 55 at the Disneyland Hotel. I wanted to take my niece and her BF to a nice restaurant while I was visiting. My visit was primarily to see her and the passes into DL and DCA were frosting on the cake. Really good frosting!
Anyway she wanted a steak, she is on the CP and really has no money for special treats. This restaurant was wonderful. The staff was courteous, the food was excellent and the atmosphere was inviting and cozy. We had good food and were happy to be seated next to guests who were friendly and chatty. We loved the interaction! Kim got a CM discount which we added to the tip for our wonderful server. Kim's BF just left yesterday for an Iraq tour and we were happy that the joined us last Wednesday evening.I spotted Pluto and friends at Goofy's Kitchen when we were leaving and when I told Pluto that Alex was due to leave he was quick to pose for pictures even though he and his pals were done for the night.
I know that when we return, and we are going to make sure we bring my DGD to DL, we plan to stay at this special hotel.
