One Life to Live watchers...Kevin question

Ok, I've watched this show off and on forever. So now he is (was) lt. govenor and testifying against Todd. Wasn't he involved in the rape of Marty Saybrook? How come none of that has come up? Isn't that something that Todds attorney could use against him that maybe he was the one that "roughed" up Blair?

My recollection is that Kevin was on trial for Marty's rape along with Powell, I think his name was. I think Kevin was exonerated for it. I don't think the writers even know the entire storylines of the characters. They write things that are out of place for the characters. And since the actor that played Kevin (during Marty's rape) is long gone there is not much in the way of consistency.

You're pretty much on target, however Kevin was only an on-looker in the rape of Marty, he did not participate. Still not a good thing to have in his past......
