One less thing to worry about

I went to Von Maur today, which is an upperscale department store, for all those out there who are like what is Von Maur. Anyway, I get all my makeup at the Clinique counter there because they are so nice to me and always have been especially when I went to a different department store at the clinique counter and hated my makeup for my senior homecoming and the main cosmetic manager(who at the time was just a regular old clinique makeup artist)was so sweet and took my makeup off and redid it because I was like crying I hated it so much. Then for my prom that same year, usually they charge 25 per person and they didn't charge me, how sweet huh(same lady who by then was the cosmetic manager at Von Maur)? Well two weeks ago they implemented a new policy that to book your makeup for your wedding you have to pay 25 per person, I was OMG! Thats $225 I don't have that kind of money to spend on makeup(I am paying for my mom, and my attendants) so I go in there tonight and she is like well we can do it for $100, I'm like ok that's better but still don't really that kind of money to spend on makeup. Then I get home(I left my phone at home by accident) I had a voicemail from her, and she is like, I talked with the clinique manager and we remembered you were in here about three months ago talking about your wedding and since that was before they implemented the new policy, we're not going to charge you. I was OMG, I started crying because now, even though it wasn't going to be that much, I don't have to worry about the makeup. Sorry just had to share my really sweet story.

That is soooo amazing! Congratulations! I've always worn clinique makeup and I had made an appointment for some formal or another when I was way younger and my hair appointment had ran long so I was very late. Well, the counter at one dept store wouldn't help me and I was sooo upset and in tears and I went to another dept. store in the same mall and that's where I met Teretha! She totally took care of me and made me beautiful! The most amazing, kind person in the world. It's amazing what a huge difference the simple actions of one kind person can make!
