I was reading another post about being charged the full amount if you have one less person for the Candlelight Processional Package. What if I have one less person at Boma one night? Will they charge me? Do I need to call and make the reservation for one less person? And if I do that will I not get the time that I currently have and like?

Thanks:goodvibes

Some pre-paid packages (Candlelight Processional, Fantasmic) or special meals (Cinderella's Royal Table or Hoop Dee Doo) do require payment up front which may not be refunded if a person cancels.

However, a restaurant like Boma will not penalize you for a missing person. You may want to let them know ahead of time if your party number changes, but just one person shouldn't make a big difference.

I hope you enjoy Boma - it's one of the best restaurants onsite, IMHO. :)

I'll second that it won't be a problem. On our last trip, we ended up dealing with illness and injury and, honestly, I don't think we ever all made it to any ADR. No, wait, we all made it one night. We had ADRs for 5 for 6 nights, but two nights we ended up with just two of us dining and three nights we ended up with only 4. (DS got a bug, and my DM and DSF stayed in with him a couple of nights, then I got DS's bug, then DSF injured his knee and took a night off.) No one ever gave us any trouble.

As mentioned, you're only going to be charged for your no-shows at the places where you pre-pay.
