One Hotel Reservation - How many people for dinner at 180?

We currently have one reservation number for a 2 bedroom at Old Key West. My 180 days is tomorrow to start making my ADRs. Our whole party is going to be 16 people, but we don't have hotel reservations yet for the remaining 8 that won't be staying at OKW.

Can I make ADRs for the 16 people or do I need hotel reservations for those remaining 8?

Barring party size limitations on the online system (I don't know the max party they allow on there right now since it's changed a few times), you'll be able to make ADRs for any party size.

The ADR system only checks your resort confirmation for 2 pieces of data:
1) Are you eligible for 180+10?
2) Do you have an applicable dining plan? (Mostly for the prepaid experiences)

The number of people doesn't matter at all.
