Just got back last night, late.
Fun trip, but our 4 year old has decided to reach that 'difficult' age. I don't think we'll be going back for a couple of years until dd#2 is around 5 or 6 at least (she was 10 months on this trip!). We might hop down to Disneyland once or twice in the mean time to get our 'fix'.

Anyway, we ate at Teppan Edo on Monday night (we actually ate there twice this trip because it was so yummy!) and got outside at like 8:56... just in time for Illuminations. I didn't take a tripod with me this time and had no intention of doing any fireworks photos, but it looks like I just can't help myself. :confused3

This was hand held, but I did have to lay on the ground to get it. :)

Nice shot Susan!!! :thumbsup2 I'm headed to Florida in three weeks and have decided to only do WDW 2 days out of the week but might have to reconsider that decision. Seeing yours and a few other recent pictures are giving me some photo ideas and now I think I might have to throw in at least one more day in parks ... maybe even 2 more days ;) LOL

Thanks so much! :)
My goal this trip was to take pictures I wouldn't see anywhere else. So any type of postcard shot was a no-no and anything I might see on Flickr or here was also a no-no. I had fun trying out different perspectives and compositions - it really stretched me. It was a great exercise!

That's one of the reasons I was kinda proud of this particular shot. I didn't worry about getting to fireworks early, I didn't worry about where I was, and I certainly didn't worry about a tripod. I just went with the moment... which was totally fun.

Great shot, Susan. I saw it on FB and 15 seconds!! Wow! Can't wait to see some of the others you came up with. As always...:worship:

Karyl---first, I can't believe you're going to WDW in three weeks and didn't invite me. :thumbsup2 Second, I can't believe you're going to WDW in three weeks and are only planning to spend 2 in The World. You're officially nuts!! :upsidedow

I love that the two people are in the frame. I imagine it is me and the wife, again, someday...
