I have one dinner left to plan. It will be on a day we visit AK.

We are staying at All Star Movies and will be using Disney transportation.

Where would you eat and how would you get there????

I was thinking somewhere in AKL but then how do we get back to our resort when we are done? Are there buses that go directly between them? If you are staying on resort property is all bus transportation included??

I don't really have any suggestions for where to eat - no one in my family is adventurous enough to try any AKL restaurants.

I suppose it depends on what time you eat, but I'm pretty sure you would have to take a bus from AKL to a theme park, then catch the AS-Music bus from there back to your resort. If it is very much after AK closes, you may not be able to do the transfers at AK, but instead at another park. To the very best of my knowledge, there is not a way to get directly from AKL to AS-Music using Disney buses.

Yes, all bus transportation is included, but you can't go from resort to resort. Only resort to park and park to resort. You may be able to go from Park to Park though, can't remember, so you can pretty much eat at any park you want.

We are not doing the Park Hopper option though so eating at another park that day won't really work.....

The AKL dining options are all pretty good, not sure the rest of your plan for meals and such , but just a suggestion. Normally ( not always but alot) AK closes early, we always hit DTD on that night ( or shoot over to another park for Wishes, Illuminations or Fantasmic again but no hopper so not an option for you) so how about a stroll around DTD and dinner at one of the many great choices there?

Try Boma or Jiko in AKL. I have never ate at Jiko, but always wanted to try it. And Boma we did try on our last trip and I'm really not one to try other cuisine's but I sucked it up and did. Gotta say I was very happy with this meal. It's buffet style think it was around $30/person for just the buffet. It is included with the DP.
I thought the meats were very good, soups...awesome and a big plus here was the dessert buffet....Zebra Domes are to die for.

Another plus was after our meal we decided to walk off our meal by walking around the Lodge. I cannot wait to stay here on one of my upcoming trips.

Plus, your gonna have to take ASMo bus to a theme park (or DTD) then from there to AKL. Then reverse on way back.
