One day what to do

Im going to california in august and i have one day to do theme parks. Would you recommend doing disney and park hopping or doing universal since i only have one day? I would try and get back to disney for a long weekend eventually.

Do you like Harry Potter and haven't been to it in Orlando? Pick Universal. Otherwise I'd do DLR.

is universal hollywood the same as the one in orlando?

Not quite, no Diagon Alley, no Hogwarts Express, but Hogsmeade is more interactive.

it's notthe same, it's very small in comparison....Universal that is.... in Orlando you could do multiple days, in Hollywood, one is more than enough IMHO-I'd do a day at DL if it were me

ive been to universal in orlando before and i will be going again in october along with wdw. Im just worried that i would need more then one day at DLR so it wouldnt make sense to go with only one day

I'd do DLR. You can get quite a lot done in one day if you start early and have a good plan.

For me .. definitely DL! But I do love Universal as well. If you plan on coming back to Disney very soon then maybe try Universal if this is one of your only chances to head in that direction since you will most likely have another DL trip soon. Your choice .. and whatever you decide will be a blast
