We will be at Disney Paris for one day. I'm looking for a guide book that provides suggestions and planning to make the one day trip worthwhile. Any suggestions.

There are some on Amazon, The Brit's Guide is helpful. Alternatively you could try www.dlptoday.com which is a great site with maps and information. Click on the DLP Guide at the top of their page.

For a single day I'd suggest getting there as early as you can. The parks advertise to open at 10am however the gates actually open around 9:30 for guests not staying on-site. If you want to ride Big Thunder Mountain, go for rope drop, but not from the main hub in front of the castle. Got to the left of Main St, behind Casey's Corner and you'll see a small rope there - you'll get into Frontierland at the same time as the main hub crowd but with much less hassle and you'll beat the masses. If you can't be there for rope drop, make BTM your first destination for fast passes.
