One Day Park Hopper Tickets

I have a problem. I won 2 One Day Park Hopper Tickets from a local radio station. The problem is I need another one for DS(9) so we can all go. I've never heard of 1 day park hoppers and I'm sure I wouldn't be able to purchase one anywhere. We probably won't have enough time to go to more than 2 parks (I'm thinking MK & AK). Is my only option to buy 2 one day/park tickets for DS or is there a cheaper way to do it? BTW, I'm a FL resident.

Based on the new "Magic Your Way" tickets, a one-day park hopper for your 9-year-old son would cost $48 (base price) plus another $35 for the park hopping option, for a total of $83 plus tax. That will make it possible for you all to hop to as many parks as you want all day. It's a bit pricey for one day, but still cheaper than two one-day tickets, and a lot more flexible.

Actually since you are a Florida Resident you can get the Park Hopping option on a one day ticket for free making it $48.00 plus tax (Child price)

As of 1/2/05 Magic Your Way is the standard, normal, regular kind of ticket being sold.

(Older tickets continue to be usable as-is, those that don't fit the turnstiles should be exchanged one at a time at no cost.)

When you purchase the ticket just show your FL Driver's License and tell them what you want to do. You actually have a choice of either the free park hopping or 10% off the one day admission (with no park hopping)

Thank you guys so much!!! I wasn't even aware of these new tickets. I was upset because I didn't think we'd be able to take full advantage of the free tickets I won. It would've been too expensive to buy more than one park ticket for DS. I'm so happy now!

Is this a limited time offer (free park hopper option) or is it permanent?

I just went to Disney.com to check out all the info. It says you can buy the FL Resident 1-Day Magic Your Way Tickets at park ticket windows, AAA
and Disney Stores. What about Disney Resorts??? I was hoping I could just get it when we checked in. Anyone know why they don't list the resorts as a place to buy tickets?

if you are not a fla resident can you get a 1 or 2 day park hopper??? i am so confused with these new tickets. i know in the past the least amount of days for a park hopper was 3. has that changed?

Yes, with the new Magic Your Way tickets you can get a 1 to 10 day ticket. You can choose to add the park hopping feature or other add ons for additional money. You do not have to be a Florida resident (only to get the park hopping for free or the discount). For non-Florida residents there are a few discounted ticket options like AAA, SOG (for military) or some of the ticket brokers.
