So I'm in the process of planning a weekend getaway to Universal with my boyfriend in October. And I was wondering whether or not we should plan two days in order to do both parks or if one was enough? We're both thrill riders and not very into shows. Also, what are the crowds like in October.

Thanks!

October has all the Hallowe'en activities at night and is CRAZY!!!! But that is an extra ticketed event and it is normal during the day. I still think you should plan two days since there are lots of great rides that you will want to ride more than once.

I would definitely plan two days, one for each park. If you get through it faster you can go back and re-ride some of your favorites.

i agree...2 days...shorter park hours don't help you to do/see all you want!

As Damo stated..the crowds will pick up towards evening and who knows....maybe you guys will get caught up in the smoke, lasers and music coming from the Studios and will want to stay for HHN one night. ;)

Anything less than 2 days is a waste if you're trying to see a lot.
