One-day Memory Maker?

It's my understanding that they tested a $39 one-day memory maker package last fall/winter and didn't keep it, correct? TA suggested it might come back for party season. We're at MK on 9/13 only and would love to do this, but won't pay full MM price. Anyone have any insight? Think it's coming back?

I wish they would bring that back! I would actually buy it. Since we will be there for only 3 days on our next trip (and our park time will be limited), I will not buy the full price MM. Disney should really consider bringing it back! And even add a three-day MM (like Universal does with their photo pass!:P)

It was only available for Party dates and included photos taken for the complete day. 9/13 may not be a Party day?

Well poop. I was hoping the linked article was somehow correct. I really didn't want ot have to lug my big camera around the park!!!

I was just thinking today how wonderful it would be if they offered a perk, similar to free dining (which we never use) but instead it was free Memory Maker. If I was a bit flexible on my dates and one option was during free memory maker weeks that would probably sway me to pick that week. Just wishful thinking I know!! :) The first time we purchased it in advance online it was $149 instead of regular $199 and I was surprised to see that the following year, it was $169 in advance. :\ It is quite expensive for shorter stays. They have tiers of times for the resort mugs for instance, so it would be nice if there were a few difference levels of the memory maker as well.

They have run a free memory maker promotion before..I think it was after this year's Play Stay Dine promotion? Also, they no longer tier the refillable mugs. It's now one price for length of stay (which they define as 14 days.)

Oh my...so much new information...thank you. We were just there in March....so much has changed already! :)
How do you find out about the memory maker promotion?

I was wrong...it was in 2014, not 2015, so maybe it proved not to be popular? I found it on the MouseSavers historic discount page.

Photos are $15 a la carte. I find we do better if we just buy the ones we want.

We bought this for MVMCP last year--it worked out great! We had just been to WDW in April with the MM and didn't feel like paying for the full blown MM again. I hope they have it for the MNSSHP and MVMCP this year!
