One day for Universal

Fiancé and I are still deciding to travel to Florida for what would have been our post-wedding Disneymoon if everything wasn’t cancelled on us or postponed.

We will be in Orlando as part of the trip and would love to make a day just for Universal. I’m not much of a “thrill” rollercoaster fan, but when I last went to the parks a few years ago I found that I really enjoyed the Wizarding World. That being said, is it possible at all to do all 3 parks for a single day and not spend more than $260pp for admission? I feel like we really want to spend the most time at Volcano Bay, but if we could have a few hours for Wizarding World, Simpsons, and a few other things, I’d be okay with that.

Also, does Universal do “after 4pm” admission or something similar like Disney used to?

I'm not sure of the hours or costs, which are on their site I believe?
We went to Studios side and spent one day and got to do all we wanted. We are not thrill riders either, but rode most of the rides and saw the fantastic Horror Makeup Show. If we had tried to do both parks plus the water park, I think it would have been very difficult. We went again and spent one day each at each side, no water park. Even then, we did not see or do all that there was to do. We picked and chose what we wanted to do.
Is it doable? Probably if you spend a lot of money for hopping to both parks and only do a few specific attractions so you can spend most of the time at the water park. Honestly, I don't think I could do it. There are too many distractions at each park which are fun to try and see. I hope this helps somewhat:)
