One day at the World, quickest & cheapest?

I have a friend who is flying into Orlando for the day, she wanted me to ask what's the cheapest way to get back and forth from the airport to WDW in one day?

The cheapest way would be to rent a car. Check Orbitz or one of the other on-line reservation services and stick in the date, pickup and drop off times and let it run. You'll see at a glance which company has the cheapest rate. Add a few tolls and refilling the tank (not a lot of gasoline used to/from WDW) and I don't think there would be any cheaper options.

Well, technically there is. She could take the Lynx bus from the airport to the main depot, then switch to a bus to the Magic Kingdom. It should only be $1.50 each way BUT can take two hours or more.

So, yeah, Bob's suggestion is the best one.
