We've had some changes to our trip, and I'm now not sure about anything. Our hope is to do 3 parks in one day, with Tron, and HEA fireworks. We'll be staying at Coronado Springs. I'll get up at 7am to get my $ILL for Tron. Since I'm up, we might as well rope drop at MK. After our "must do" rides (SM, HM, BTMRR, Peter Pan, Pirates, Jungle Cruise), see the Festival of Fantasy parade, hopefully fit Tron in there. I'm guessing it'll be around 1pm at that point, so leave the park for a break at a nearby resort before hopping over to AK for EE and then DHS for ToT. Then it's back to our hotel for a rest before heading back to MK (around 7pm) to see HEA.

What am I missing? Are my timings crazy off? I'm hoping it'll go rope drop MK until around 1pm, AK for about an hour, 30 minutes transport to DHS, about an hour there for ToT, then it's 3:30/4pm, so take a few hours to rest at the hotel before heading back to MK at 7pm. I'm thinking of doing Minnie Van or Lfyt instead of bus transportation to save time. What else can I do to keep things smooth and on time?

Sounds doable to me. Since you are at CSR you will have Early Entry to MK so you could at least get Peter Pan done during that and then maybe HM then head over to Adventure Land to hit Jungle Cruise at or close to regular rope drop. Then you are right by Pirates and within close distance to BTMRR. SM and Tron are both on the same side of the park so assuming you knock out the others in time you should be o.k. I'm not sure what time the first parade is but I do know some days they only have one so you will need to monitor that time. Disney transport can be faster, just depends on if you get there right when a bus arrives or right after one just left. As far as your timing for MK, that is going to depend on the time of year for crowds and if Tron doesn't decide to go down.

Not sure when you're planning to go but there are not always 2 Festival of Fantasy parades. When there's only 1 it normally steps off at 3:00 so that would change things.

Your transportation times may want to be revisited. You will want to ensure you consider the time to get from last attraction to the busses, wait for bus, drive, enter next park and walk to attraction. That often takes more time than people think.

You don't say when you are going or whether you'll be buying Genie+. Those factors will make a big difference in whether your timing is okay or "crazy off." I believe Minnie vans can pick up and drop off at MK while regular Lyft have to use the Ticket and Transportation Center. Be sure to order the right one.

Haunted Mansion is not open for early entry, so you can't do it before hitting Jungle Cruise at rope drop.

I would also do DHS first after MK since ToT probably will have longer line than EE and your hotel is closer to AK. You could single rider EE if needed.

I agree with the switch of DHS and AK. I would also consider a rest at either BW or BC/YC over the monorail resorts. That way, when you are ready to head to DHS, you can just hope on the boat or walk. This will save some time on transit. If you do decide to do AK before DHS, maybe AKL for a break.

This all sounds very doable to me, provided all in your party are willing/able to keep up with the pace and you are utilizing Genie+. Though Even without Genie+ you can still probably pull it off too.
If you are already willing to get the $ILL for Tron, why not try the VQ as well, and if the timing works out, ride it twice. You don't always have to keep the VQ. Nothing lost if the call back group is outside your ride(s) window!!

Have fun :)

I think it depends when OP gets done w MK. Park to Park buses start at 1:30 pm so if it’s near or after that time, just bus to DHS. Contemporary would also be a good resort if time needs to be killed before park hopping. Can walk over and get DHS/AK bus when needed.
