one bedroom suite?

I was wondering if someone can help me? I am sailing May 17th and my husband just upgraded us to the one bedroom suite. Has anyone stayed in one of these and if so what does the concierge do for you?

Concierge before you board will book Palo, high tea , and brunch for you. After boarding excursion resevations, spa appts, and kids clubs. They also will help you with any special requests. This was discussed before- anyone know the site?
