You guys are the best! This is super helpful and I LOVE that chart...I need to print it out as reference! LOL!! This helps me to think about room choice as we do like the bigger rooms. Thanks again.

I *may* be wrong, but if you are booking cash as opposed to DVC, the 1BR at BRV can only accommodate 4 people. There are only 2 sleeping surfaces, the pull out sofa and the bed in the bedroom. I think DVC will allow 5 if you bring your own bedding - AKA air mattress. Who knows after the renovations! But if it is only you and your son, that is not an issue! If BR is not renovated, the pull out is not very comfortable, the kids sleep there!

Hard choice between the Main lobby and the iron spike room for me.

Go with BRV and enjoy both!
