One AP holder tagging along in our group.. FP+?

So we are headed to the world in 6 weeks Travel party includes: ME, DH, DS(7), DS(3). We are all staying onsite. My friend who lives in FL is coming for a few days, she is an AP holder. In order to get her FP+ reservations to coincide with ours do I need to add her to our hotel reservation, book a dummy room for her, or cross our fingers and hope she is able to get them at the same time as we currently have reserved day of? My concern with adding her to hotel reservation is that we have DDP.. and she is only coming for three of the days we are there. Not sure what to do here. She is definitely planning on staying with us.

By the date of your trip AP holders may be able to book advance FP+.

I don't think you can add her as everyone staying in your room must be there for the same amount of days if you are on the plan. If you get a dummy room, that would solve the FP issue but then she really can't spend the nights in your room if she is not registered. If you were thinking of paying for a room for her anyway I would suggest requesting a connecting room (requests are not guaranteed) this way you would at least have a good chance at being close to each other.
