One admission or park hopper?

Does anyone know if the park tickets you have to buy upon making reservations at a Disneyland Resort are 1 park admission/day or park hopper tickets? The only information I can find just says park admission has to be bought when using Disney Vacation Club points . Thanks for the help.

I don't know about the requirement for the DVC, but for all other resort hotels, the tickets included in the package are park hopper tickets.

If you were wondering if you could just buy a ticket for one day in the park(s) during your stay using DVC points, then I believe the answer is no. I think it has to be a length of stay pass - which will be a hopper ticket.
