Once Upon a Toy?

I saw a thread on the community board about 'Once Upon a Toy' in WDW where you can make a my little pony. Do they have this in DL?

No Once Upon a Toy at DL. We do have a Build a Bear and they don't though.

Well someone over there said they also do the mr. potato heads at once upon a toy - and I remember reading about that over here....but I have searched for the thread and can't find it! Maybe I was seeing things? haha. Where is the mr. potato head shop?
