Once Upon A Time

I was thinking of that when Mr. Gold told Regina, "You have nothing I am interested in." I was like, oooh yes she does! lol!

My thought was... or so you think.

Gold's reaction to finding out she's still alive is one of the main things I'm super interested in knowing. I just loved that episode!

I love this show. The writers are fantastically creative. I can't even predict one episode from the next, and thought I knew these stories.

1 - When did Regina find out that Emma was the savior?

Yes! It seemed as if everyone else (Gold, Jefferson, August) knew she was the savoir except for Regina.

When Rumple gave Regina the curse, she didn't know there was a way out - that there was a savoir who could come and reverse the curse. When did Regina find that out???

Did anyone else notice a bit of Snow's personality coming out in MM last night?

What I am most looking forward to, is to see if Gold will cash in on the favor that Emma owes him; and what will it be?

I feel sure it will have something to do with Belle, but it could also be about his son.

I have a feeling we won't see this until later in the series, if not the final season.

I think you are right.

Are we sure that she didn't know? Even the fairies knew and this is why they tried to save Emma when she was born by putting her into the tree. :confused3

And yes, I could see a little SW coming out in her. I liked it!:thumbsup2

Anyone want to give me a rundown of the preview for next week? I watch the show online and they don't include that bit.

Is it bad that I am already mad at the cliffhanger at the end of next week's episode even though I have no clue what it will be? LOL

And why would Madhatter think that Regina would be able to make his daughter remember who her father is if she has no magic left? Did I miss something there?

I thought the same thing! How could Regina make that happen.

Where she's yelling at Emma? Talk about one Hell of a strong rebuke from Mommy Dearest!

I remember someone a few pages back say that someone will die and this time it will stick. I'm still torn between August/Pinocchio and Henry. Maybe I'm reading too much into it when a pp said "stick". That kind of makes me think it's August/Pinocchio.

The spoiler said: "a death we will HOPE would not 'stick'....".

I am thinking Emma will bring Henry back with "True Love's Kiss" a kiss from his Mother. Just my opinion but I think August will possibly "die" but Emma finally starts to believe and it brings him back. Or the cliffhanger will be for us to think August is dead.

The fairies knew that the tree could protect only one (originally intended for the pregnant SW) plus Pinocchio. Did the fairies know that person would be the savoir and be able to break the curse? Or just that the tree could carry them to safety? :confused3

The fairy told Gepetto that the baby is the savior and he instructed his son to tell her and protect her and make sure that she saved them when she turned 28. That's why she wanted Snow White to go with the baby because who better to protect her, but he wouldn't agree to build it unless his son went.

I think this is why August is turning back to wood because he was suppose to be a good boy. He broke his promise when he left Emma there in the crib and he ran away with the other kids. He knew that Emma had found her way to SB when he started to turn into wood.

IIRC, in the first few ep's there was a flashback of Charming and Snow going down to see Rumplestilskin (sp?) in the dungeon. Snow was pregnant with Emma at the time. During that conversation, Rumple told both Snow and Charming about their unborn child being the "savior".

Just curious.

Was I the only one that laughed out loud and/or expected some sort of smart a**ed statement from Grumpy after EQ said the word "PARLAY"?

I thought the same thing. Of course, I still waiting for him to call someone poppett. Just once. :)

From episode 2, "The Thing You Love the Most":

Evil Queen: The curse you gave me, it's not working.
Rumpelstiltskin: Oh so worried. So, so, worried. Like Snow and her lovely new husband.
EQ: What?
R: They paid me a visit as well. They were very anxious... about you... and the curse.
EQ: What'd you tell them?
R: The truth, that nothing can stop the darkness except of course their unborn child. You see, no matter how powerful, all curses can be broken. Their child is the key.

This is where we find out that EQ/Regina must do anything Rumpelstiltskin/Gold says as long as he says please. So she knows that Emma can break the curse.

Yes! I was waiting for him to say Poppett, but of course, he didn't. But DH and I did get the in-joke when the EQ said Parlay. But we had to explain it to DS9  He has seen at least two of the POTC movies and didn't put two-and-two together.

The tree could protect two, originally it was for a pregnant Snow & Charming. Gepetto would only build it if his son could go, so it would be his son and a pregnant Snow. Before they could go Snow had the baby, so now it was the baby and the boy.

I'm hoping that when it showed in the previews that the magic was back it means next year they will all go back to FTL. Another season of backstories and Regina being mean and nasty is not all that appealing to me. I would rather see all their stories continuing in FTL.

I've heard that Season 1 was for character development and that makes sense. Because you can't fit everything in one episode, it takes longer to develop a character.
