I think he's the Huntsman too. I'm pretty mad at David right now. I didn't expect the death on tonights episode but at least the preview finally made sense. I'm curious to know who Dr Whale is and if he's good or bad.


ETA- just saw next weeks preview and I think it's pretty clear who the Sheriff is

I loved tonight's episode. I wonder when Katherine's true colors will begin to show. In Storybrooke she seems so sweet and loving but in the fairytale land she is less than pleasant. That's got to come out eventually.

I'm not fully versed on King Midas' tale but my son says in the story he touches his beloved daughter and turns her into gold. I wonder if they will use that. I can't wait to see how Prince Charming ends up dumping her for Snow.

And everyone in this house agrees the actor who plays Rumple/Mr. Gold is worth the price of admission. He is incredible!

I think Dr. Whale is the big bad wolf. And if he isn't, I certainly hope he is bad. David Anders was a brilliant villian on Alias.

Loved last night's episode!

I was excited to see the King Midas story.. fun! I thought James kind of gave off a twisted Prince and the Pauper vibe.

I was so sad for Mary. I hope Catherine's true colors come out ASAP!

Now I wonder if Mr. Gold/Rumple knows what's going on... he seemed suspiciously aware at the Pawn Shop.

I still dont know what happened to EQ to make her curse everyone. I thought she loved Prince Charming and felt Snow took him away; but now I am not so sure because he was going to marry Catherine before he met Snow.

When David's mother told him that she found a wife for him, could that be EQ?

Also, King Midas mentioned something about King George, is this another kingdom, can EQ be involved there?

I don't think whatever happened between EQ and Snow has anything to do with Charming since when he captures her in the woods he asks her why the Queen wants her dead and if she ruined the Queen's life and Snow replies yes. He didn't know anything about it.

Maybe King George is Cinderella's FIL??

I'm only going by Dr. Whale's name here, but my guess is that he is Monstro, the whale from Pinocchio.

I totally love the actor portraying Rumple - he is perfect!!

I am also convinced that both Rumple and Regina know exactly who they are/were. Regina said something (and my mind is having a senior moment!) about David/Charming in him remembering who is was/is. And just the way he looks at those he's having conversations with and tone of Rumple's conversations convinces me that he is fully aware also.

Looks like the Sherriff might bite the dust next week.

He also made sure that James saw that windmill to jog his fake memory. He's definitely working with Regina/EQ in my book.

I'm absolutely loving this show. Last night's episode was great but I felt so sad for Mary/Snow at the end. I love that the show gives the backstory on everyone's fairy tale character.

The actor that plays Rumple is SO perfect.

See, now I thought he seemed almost sad when David's memory was jogged. Like he knew what was to come and wished better for him, but he wasn't going to stop it. I'm not entirely sure Rumple is evil. I think he is self serving and if evil is what he has to do to get what he wants, then he will do it, but he isn't evil to the core. He always gives people a chance to back out when they are making deals with him, he warns them it might not turn out the way they want and there is a price to pay, but he lets them make the choice. I think he works with Regina/EQ because it serves him to do so, not because he is on her side.

I totally agree, I think it Mr. Gold/Rumple who knows that going on. I know everyone else thinks it Regina.

That would be fun if Dr. whale is Monstro LOL

They way Regina and Charming wife were talking it didn't seem like Regina was paying her to be his wife or anything
