Not sure if this is your first trip, but Happily Ever After recently replaced Wishes and Once Upon a Time replaced Celebrate the Magic. Currently HEA is being shown at 9pm and OUAT is at 9:45. Both are best viewed from hub area in front of castle since they involve projections on it.
As mesaboy2 mentioned, you will have to wait till much closer for schedules to be out for your trip. Just an FYI, the week you are going will have MVMCP(Christmas Party) at MK 3 or 4 nts., with park closing at 7 to those w/o a party ticket, so you will have to be at the park on one of the other nts to see these. I guess I did not communicate that clearly - was trying to give OP heads up that she would not be able to see the show on party nights for her planning purposes- didn't mean to imply that it would be shown during the party.
